The driver you requested is downloadable from a number of sites over the internet. Also if your laptop came with a CD the drivers needed may be on it as well.
what is it your trying to connect via bluetooth? what kind of devices. Are they "discoverable" are they "paired"? Any more specific info can help.. thanks!
You might try this IF your system is up and running good.
Go to controlpanel/system/devicemanager. Once you are there double click on an Icon to open it. Under the driver tab, you will find the version number. Go to a driver site and enter the device & driver version number. Once you have collected all of these you can make yer own driver-backup cd or dvd.
