Question about Dell 3100cn Laser Printer
I Have changed the black carteridge on my Dell 3100 cn laser printer but the machine won't recognize the new cartridge and generates a "replace toner" error. I have 1, reseated the cartridge, 2 cycled the power on the machine, 3 reset the nvram, 4 cleaned out the toner housing area. All to no result. How might I fix this?
Have you removed the plastic protection strip from the bottom of the toner?
