When you removed the jammed paper, did the paper come out inone piece, if not did all the pieces that were removed make up the entire sheetof paper? Otherwise there may be still a small piece/s of paper still in the printer,which is causing this error message.

When removing a sheet of paper from a jambed printer, you need to be careful to slowly remove the paper without tearing the paper. This could lead to a tiny piece of paper being left behind and this will cause other paper jambs.
When this happens, the printer may need to be dismantled to remove the paper.
The other cause could be that there is uneven pressure across the rollers or dirty rollers which causes the paper to feed through unevenly and results in a paper jambs.

inside the printer their is a roller and if you turn the roller then it should feed the paper through it fairly easily. it may seem like you are turning really hard but it will work.
