How to Configure a Wireless Printer

Wireless printers typically come with a transmitter that a laptop, with a wireless adapter, can connect to and print from any location in a home. In order to configure a wireless printer you will need to install the drivers and software from the installation CD that came with the printer. You will be able to run the configuration for the printer driver, for the laptop, at the end of the software installation.

  1. Insert the installation disc for your wireless printer into the drive on your laptop computer.
  2. Wait for the Installation Wizard to appear.
  3. Click the "Next" button to continue and go through each screen to install the software for the printer.
  4. Select the option to "Configure printer driver now" on the last screen of the Installation Wizard.
  5. Click the "OK" button when the Information dialog box appears.
  6. Select the printer port for your printer when the Printer Port Setup dialog box appears.
  7. Click the "OK" button when the "addport" dialog box appears.
  8. Click the "Next" button to continue.
  9. Select your wireless printer from the list of installed printers when the Add Printer Wizard window appears.
  10. Click the "Next" button to continue.
  11. Click the "Connect" button when the Configure Printer Port dialog box appears.
  12. Wait for a connection to be made with the wireless printer and then click the "Finish" button to exit the Add Printer Wizard dialog box.
  13. Repeat this process on each computer that you want to connect to the wireless printer.

I want to reset my laptop to it original version

if it has a recovery partition f11+ctrl when booting and you will come to a factory restore menu, you should be able to restore the system to the factory settings this way. if it does not have the partition you will have to do it the hard way witch entails re-installing the OS, finding drivers, and installing programs needed ( browser of your preference, antivirus, etc.)

  1. To access the configuration utility, open a web-browser such as Internet Explorer and enter the IP address of the router (192.168.0.1).
  2. Enter the user name (admin) and your password. Leave the password blank by default. If you get a Page Cannot be Displayed error, please refer to the Troubleshooting section for assistance.
  3. Wireless settings for the router may be configured manually or by using a wizard. To use the wizard, click the Wireless Connection Setup Wizard button and then follow the steps that are described below. To configure the wireless settings manually, click the Manual Wireless Connection Setup button. The Wireless Security section that directly follows this Configuration section provides additional explanation for how to configure the WEP, WPA, WPA2, and WPA/WPA2 wireless security mode options.
  4. Click Next to continue.
  5. Enter a Wireless Network Name in the textbox, which is also know as the SSID and select the desired level of wireless security, WEP, WPA. and then click Next to continue.
  6. Enter a Wireless Security Password in the textbox and then click Next to continue.
  7. This window displays a summary of your wireless security settings. Please print this out or record this information in a safe place and then click Save to continue.
  8. The Router will save your new settings and reboot. When it is finished after 1-2 minutes, the opening Wireless Setup window is displayed.

I have a Canadian eBay account and I am trying to set up a sellers account but it won't let me. How do I set up a sellers account?

Hi there!
Here's how you can create a seller account:

1. Sign in to your account by clicking the "Sign In" button or link at the top of most eBay pages.
2. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, click "Sell." (You may be asked to sign in again, re-enter your credit card information, or both.)
3. Enter a short description of your item and click the "Start Selling" button in the middle of the page.
4. Enter information about your item on the Sell Your Item page and click "Continue."
5. On the Review Your Fees page, click "Continue."
6. Sign in again to create your seller's account.
7. Select or confirm the automatic payment method you would like to have on file.
8. Enter your automatic payment information in the fields provided.
9. After you enter your automatic payment information, click "Continue." On the next page, you'll confirm your listing.

Remember that you may be asked for additional verification by phone before or after you enter your automatic payment information.

You can also create your seller's account in just a few minutes by visiting the page titled Creating a Seller's Account:
