Question about Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Laser Printer
The pagepro wont feed the paper even though the tray is filled up. After every try I get a paperjam mesaage. However there is no paperjam and after I follow the on screen directions (open front cover remove powder tray) then replace them the machine goes thru the motions once again with the same results
I have the same printer and had the same problem.
Cleaned takeup roller wit isopropyl and it has worked now for 18 months. If you dont use it often, remove top sheet from stack and blow the dust off it before printing.

I had the same problem - fails to feed paper.
What I did is, I took a 6" x 3" x 1/4" piece of plastic (Plywood will work too) and placed it under the paper stack close to the roller. This was like a bump under the stack of paper before the paper is fed into the roller. Believe it or not, I never had the problem again.

There is a roller in the paper feed tray that picks up the top sheet of paper. A temp fix is to clean this roller with isopropyl alcohol. Paper dust, etc.makes the surface of the "pick roller" too slick to grab the top sheet. I clean mine about twice a year. Cheap paper is dustier and might require you to get it cleaned more often. This fix is temp but requires NO disassembly, only cotton swabs, 91% Isopropyl (drugstore) and a small flashlight (so you can see what you are doing). What I want is a service kit so I can replace the roller and a few associated parts.
