I have a compaq presario c700 c773tu laptop with high definition audio driver but after format i didn't find its driver online.plz help me on this regard

If you have the internet, goto my computer and right click, then goto properties, enter device manager, goto sound,video and game controllers right click on the exclamation mark or your audio driver and click update driver, use the internet option to download the driver, it takes a few minutes so be patient. once done reboot the mechine.

Best choice is installing drivers from HP website.

Here is the download page for C700, select proper model, different models may have different audio, video and ethernet drivers. On next step you will be asked to select OS (windows version), then you can download drivers for all devices listed.
If some model does not have specific drivers, try generic c700 model download.

Download and install Conexant modem driver (sp36089). This will give error message and also will create a folder C:\swsetup\sp36089 which contains extracted driver files.
The same method which is used for installing audio driver needs to be followed for modem.
