LG Dryer low heat doesn't work

It may be as simple as checking your lint filter.
If you use fabric softeners sheets, they tend to clog the lint filter holes. Washing it with soap and water will restore it back to normal and will allow the circulation that the dryer needs to properly dry your clothes.

Lg dlex7177wm heating element

If the dryer doesn't heat, but the drum turns, check the thermal fuse(s). The thermal fuse protects the dryer from overheating and helps to prevent fires. If the thermal fuse is blown, it will have to be replaced.
If the dryer doesn't heat, the element assembly should be checked for continuity. The heating element assembly cannot be repaired and must be replaced if defective.
This is a specialised job and should only be attempted by technically competent persons.

Unable to turn on dryer. Light works, but pushing initial start button does not start. Electric heat.

I experienced this issue. I replaced the main control board, part number EBR36858803, which I ordered from Amazon. Problem solved for just over $100. Relatively easy fix.
