Please delete all the Temporary files, Temporary Internet files, Empty Recylce bin. Then reboot your PC.
Check out again if the Hotmail open or not.
Dont vote till you reach to solution. Let me know the Operating system, Firewall, Antivirus present on PC.

How you you open a hotmail account, open Internet Explorer, or Firefox, if you have Firefox, which is safer, faster, better then IE.

Go to google.com, and type in hotmail, now on the hotmail page you type in your hotmail address and your password.

Now you are in your hotmail account.

I have seen this on IE8, with things like hotmail and yahoo. Try downloading google chrome or firefox, and logging into your email to send a mail, then enter the "code" otherwise known as a captcha. I have seen issues with IE 8 and 9 and Captcha's not being displayed correctly so it becomes impossible to enter the proper code.

I have a hotmail acount. Cant open any email on the hotmail. Because the class is not registr and fullie.js messages.

This Java Script (js) problem used to be caused by certain versions of Internet Explorer (IE): search the Microsoft official site for a possible solution.

As a possible solution to access Hotmail, download and use Google Chrome. You could also try Mozilla Firefox.

ps. If you have a compatible version of Windows, I would consider downloadin and installing Windows Live.

Hope it helps.

Go into the Download folder of Firefox and see if the file is in there. Open the file by double clicking. If that doesn't work, try using Explorer or the Chrome browser for emails. More than likely the Explorer will work because it's designed for Hotmail.

If this problem never happened before, you may try optimizing your Internet browser by clearing the Cookies, History and Internet Files. To do this, please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run IE > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Locate the Browsing History portion and click the Delete button.
3. Delete the Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and History
4. Click on OK > close the IE.
5. Re-open IE > try accessing your Yahoo e-mail again.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox > Tools > Clear Recent History...
2. Click the drop-down arrow > select 'Everything'
3. Click on 'Clear Now' > close the Firefox.
4. Re-open Firefox > access your Yahoo mail.

Hope this helps you resolving the problem!

I had the same problem not a long ago..I have IE7. if you don't make sure you upgrade to Ie7 at least as it should.
things you need to try: (try in this order and test after trying one at a time)
1. clear cookies, temporary internet files, browsing history
2. update java
3. reset internet zone security to defaults
4. disable filter phishing and test.
5. disable pop up filter
6. tried to add following sites to trusted sites:
https://*.msn.com
*.hotmail.co,
*.live.com
*.passport.com
7.disable add-ons you may not need.
8. check you antivirus!! and scan your computer.
9. switch to firefox and if it works in firefox.. you may need to reinstall ie.

good luck!

Once I'm logged in to Facebook, when I click on my profile page it won't load.

This might be due to a limitation on Active X or other components on your IE.
Go to Tools - Internet Options
Under Security, go to "Custom Level"
Under Active X controls and plug-ins - Enable all of the subsections.
Restart and try again.
If it does not work:
Try downloading Firefox and see if the problem persists. If it does not - I suggest uninstalling IE, deleting all temporary internet files and cookies, and reinstalling.
Also try downloading Adobe Flash.
