It sounds like it is to much work for your system. The ram is relitively low and your graphics card needs upgraded. When you try to play it full screen, your computer has to try to produce a higher quality result and it is just too much work. I would recommend a ram and video upgrade if possible. If you can't upgrade the video, at least get more ram. It's not a guarantee that it will make a big difference depending on your video card, but there is a good chance that it will.

why not go with a faster MB and CPU combo?
First to awnser your question yes the Pentuim 3.2 will fit the MB as long as yours is a 800 Mhz Bus speed. And the Board can be configured for the proper clock speed. I would also buy a new CPU fan and heatsink greese b4 you install this CPU. Thee are so many cheap CPU MB Combos out there its almost cheaper to just replace both and get a much faster system.

Choppy play with high quality video

A replacemnet video card would help some, but you still have the problem of the 440 mhz processor.

There is not a lot you can do about the processor outside of rebuilding the whole computer. If for some reason that is not an option for you, then yeah, a $20 video card from ebay might give some relief (if you know what to get.. AGP or PCI), but don't be surprised if your processor is just too taxed to render high quality video at the proper rate.

Hi this is vinit...i'm planning to buy new graphic crd. plz adv..

This motherboard will support any PCI-Express (also known as PCI-E or PCI-X) video card-- which is pretty much any current ATI card that's out there. You DON'T want an AGP card however-- it won't fit.

AGP Card Problem (nVidia MX 4000 128MB)

you will have to set the agp card as the primary graphics device in the bios, either press F2 or Del on boot up and in advanced cmos settings, look on the list for hardware or similair and you will see that the primary graphics controller will list as VGA, change this to agp and then save settings and exit, it should then boot as normal. The only other thing is if you have removed a graphics card previous to fitting this one and you have left the old drivers on your pc, this will cause conflict, so if this is so refit the old card and then uninstall the old drivers and then shut down the pc and refit the new one.
