First, you'll need to check all connections going to the unit.  Often, a poor connection will blow bulbs and not allow enough current to pass for heating.  Also, check any switch external to the unit.  Use a good meter to check for resistance.  It should be nearly nil.  Be sure to do all checks with the breaker off!

Hot tub keeps blowing fuses. Only happens when the heater is on, any ideas?

According to the description, it looks like too weak fuses, respectively too strong current when heater is on. Heaters generally consume high currents, and when motor and heater run together, the current (amperes) may be too strong for the fuses.

Y does my glw-warm heater keep shutting off

Is this an unvented heater? They have oxygen depletion sensors which shut off the heater to prevent burning up all the oxygen in the room. Heaters over 10,000 btu's should not be used in small rooms like bedrooms and bathrooms. Other causes could be a dirty pilot orifice. Turn off the unit (so pilot is off) and use a can of compressed air with attached straw, to blow out any dust from the pilot assembly. (Where the pilot flame comes out). This will allow the pilot to burn a strong blue color and keep the thermocouple heated properly. If it's a thermostatically controlled heater, make sure your thermostat bulb is cleaned off regularly. Dust will insulate the bulb from sensing the room temp and will not operate properly. Hope this helps.

Heat not working in 1998 mazda milleni S

OK if heat no blowing out just cool air #1 check your engine coolant level add if needed to res bottle and radiator, (wait until engine is cool to the touch before opening the radiator cap under pressure when hot!)#2 if good on coolant and your engine is getting to normal opperating temp as always you may have a clogged heater core, if so you can test the heater core flow by removing the to heater hoses mounted at fire wall in your engine compartment and with a garden hose at low volume push water through one of the two copper hoses coming out of your fire wall if the entering amount of water is coming out the other copper pipe then your heater core is good.#3 then if all the above is good and working your dealing with a blend door not operating properly inside your heater box located under your dash (not for the non experience to repair)

02 Focus Wagon - Rear tail light/brake light keeps blowing bulbs. Bulb is white when removed, replacement bulb last about a week, then blows again. Any idea what the problem may be.

If a bulb blows white the gas mix in the globe is incorrect and you probably got hold of a bad batch of globes from your supplier. Try buying your bulbs from another source and see if that works out better.

Boiler keeps blowing fuses in pcb ideal isar he 30

The model # you listed is for a vent-free, natural gas, space heater and requires no electricity to operate. Unless, you have the optional blower. If the blower accessory is what's blowing the fuses, there is a short in wiring to the blower motor. Other than that, there is nothing else about this heater, that would be blowing fuses.

Is the above, the problem you're having? If so, unplug the blower from the wall outlet, until it can be repaired or replaced. The heater will continue to operate and heat with out the blower.

Why does the right headlight bulb in my 1993 ford escort keep blowing out. Usually takes about 10 min for it to blow.

You should try replacing the socket with a wiring pigtail kit using dual wall heat shrink tubing. High resistance due to a poor connection can cause current to e too high. The only other eason would be water leaking on the bulb or into the connector.

1984 ford ranger keeps blowing the running light fuses. when i let it sit at idle it won't blow the fuses but as soon as i start driving with in 5 mins or so it blows.... any ideas?

short in the wires will need a wiring diagram and ohm/volt meter to locate the problem, test lights work well to.
you will need replace the fuse with a light bulb so that the power will not go away. and you will have to search for power going straight to a ground source.
usually a raw wire from rubbing somewhere. can do a quick visual inspection first for the obvious, and then use the meter at certain points till you find a volt drop.
