After downloading an application from the internet, it keeps on rebooting, and a message is dispayed as ''STOP: C000021a (Fatal Ststem Error) The windows logon process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000139 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.'' Please kindly assist me in rectifing this problem.
Seems like a computer virus or spyware have done something nasty on your system, try to run WIndows in Safe Mode and check if the problem will stop. You may also want to check the link below if it applies to your computer's ongoing problem.
