was given a umax Ast ra 3400 scanner w/o power cord or usb cord. Have found a 12V cord, which it says it needs and a regular USB cord which I have plugged in, but it will not recoganize it on my computer... The light comes on, on the front of the scanner, but it will not be recoganizeed. Pease help... Paul Gates paulnvick@netzero.net
