I am facing the same issue with my Reliance Net Connect+. What I do is I close the error box and open the Reliance Net Connect+ from the original path ("C:\Program Files\Reliance Netconnect+\bin\App.exe") and then it allows me. Kinda funny but works.
also purchased CDMA 1x but i have good speed. change modem setting put
"DNS" 184.108.40.206 & "Alternate DNS" 220.127.116.11 and type in "Static Ip
address" 18.104.22.168.now connect internet check speed.it's not high speed
