Plug the microSD card reader into a USB port in your computer and wait for the computer to recognize the device. Use a microSD card adapter to read your microSD card if you do not have a microSD card reader. That "5 in 1 card reader" is exactly what it says it is: a UNIVERSAL CARD READER. All you have to do is to insert the card into the slot and the machine will detect it automatically and will read it. The microSD cards should be inserted first into a microSD card adapter and after that the both should be inserted into the slot. As for downloading music right on the microSD card do like this: # insert the microSD card into its adapter [together should look like a regular SD card] # insert the adapter into the slot # the machine will detect the SD card [just wait until it is detected] # choose your song [mp3, wma etc.] # right-click on the song and where it asks whre to be downloaded you will choose MY COMPUTER > double-click > the letter corresponding to your SD card. You're done! Do the same with all songs.
GOOD LUCK! ... and don't forget to RATE, please...

The "HC" in microSD-HC stands for "high capacity". This new more dense format is not supported by all computers and peripheral devices. Chances are you have an older device that doesn't know how to deal with the new microSD-HC format. Check out Wikipedia for a more thorough explanation.
