Hello you can download the manual, and the drivers here:

By selecting your windows system.
Open the manual folder, and click global for download.
You will need adobe reader, to read the content.

You have to setup the bios, so it can see the drive.
A bios upgrade, should solve the problem, but you probably have to use the old ide drive to do so.

Warning !!! flashing the bios with a wrong one, will destroy the mainboard.
If you are in doubt to do so, let a expert do this job for you.

Hello if it is a asus mainboard you can download the driver here:

By typing in the right mainboard number or use autodetect.

When you find the mainboard select download and your windows system.
Next select audio or sound and click on global for download.
Please unzip the file before you install the driver.

Here is maybe not drivers for all windows system.

I looked for drivers for Windows Vista, I'm assuming Vista autodetects the hardware.

hi..there... are you sure using the correct mainboard cd installation for this one? 'cause example : if your mainboard brand is asus you can't using cd driver installation from foxcoon. it's not mach driver progam..
better you check again your mainboard brand and type is same with cd installation or not. if you losing your cd installation you must looking for it or download it from your mainboard website by typing your mainboard brand and type ( EX; driver ASUS P5P800 )

Yes, go to the manufacturers website and type in Drivers in their search box. Then they should ask you for your make and model and show you where to download the drivers.
