Question about Kenwood KDC-MP435U CD Player
My kenwood KDC-MP8533 was installed in my old car and i recently brought a new car and have removed the cd player from the car and just installed it to my new one and now when i turn the cd player on it comes up with "PROTECT"... how do u fix this?
One of your speaker wires to the internal amp is shorted. turn power off and make sure they are not touching metal or each other and then hit reset again. if this doesn't help your power ic may be fried inside the stereo or a speaker is shorted.
