Question about Toshiba PA3554U-1CAM Webcam
I purchased the above cam about 2 months ago. Initally it was working with my home computer and I purchased one for the lap top. Both worked fine. I purchased a new lap top and had to upgrade Microsoft Messenger and also on my home computer. Initally the camera worked but I had no microphone. I reloaded the Toshiba disk and tried again. On Microsoft Messenger camera test the microphone worked in the end but now says that I don't have a camera plugged in where I certainly do and the blue light is on. What can I do?
The same thing happend to me. I, unplugged the cam. reinstalled the drivers from the toshiba cd. rebooted. plugged my cam back in. and It was working normally again. Then I reinstalled livemessenger rebooted again and everything is worked fine. Good luck with it mate.
