Don't have any paperwork on the TV, bought it a year ago but havnt used it because I moved and had nowhere to set it up. Remote didn't work so got it connected to a Universal remote using Emerson code. Now trying to connect my Emerson DVD player to the TV and nothing happens. Tried plugging the plugs into all the different holes just incase they were miscolored.... The input button on the universal won't change anything so we can watch dvds. The player works.... the TV works.... but how do I make them work together? Any help? I am completely lost!

the motor that spins the DVD, locks it magnetically to another free spinning disk... if you got that far, remove the dvd player part, flip it upside down, see if you can manually move some of the gears. you should be able to free the DVD enough to pull it out with the tweezers. if you can send a picture to email@example.com I might be able to point out what to move.
I moved and the manual and remote got lost. I bought a ONE FOR ALL remote that has the iLO printed on the add but I can't get the tv to work, I tried all the codes but nothing worked. How can I get a manual from the computer to work this iLO tv, which I am unable to use. Maybe I should have purchased a Sony.
I have a ILO 27" TV Comcast had no suggestions for programming their remote. I went thru the ENTIRE code book and finally came up with one that worked: Emerson Code #0463 for my COMCAST universal remote.
I beleive that in the thunderstorm the HDMI port was blown. There are many reports of this happening and many people are having troubles getting it fixed. The return percentage is very high on this TV. You will need to return the TV to Walmart to have them fix the HDMI port or even ask for your money back. Hope this helps.
