Go to the ibm website type in your computer model and type numbers then you can download and install all the up to date drivers there.
if you install the .NET software you can use ibm thinkvantage software to update your machine automatically
i did this and got my computer working spot on

It's better if you know the company's site i think you can find those drivers to them
