You can go directly to the Canon site and download the latest dirvers for that printer.
I would suggest making a backup copy of them in case you need them in the future.

Here's the site

http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=335&modelid=11148

It also has manuals, and firmware updates

I need a 64 bit driver to make my Canon 5700 Image printer compatible with my new computer. I understand that I must get a disk to do this. Is this true? How do I get the disk. lindahsmall@yahoo.com

It looks like you might be able to download this directly from Canon's Support website.  Here's the link directly the download section for this Printer.

Just pull down where it says "Select OS" and pick your 64 Bit Operating system from the list.  If there is a 64 bit driver available, it will be displayed (just to try it, I choose 64-Bit XP and it showed me a driver for that).

I recently changed my os from win vista to win 7pro. when i tried to install my drivers from original disc supplied with my mf3110 it told me it was not compatible. i had no problems with vista!

even though there is no driver for Windows 7 64bit for the Canon MF3110 Multifunction Printer. The solution is to download the Windows 7 64 bit printer drivers for the Canon MF5750 and then install the drivers as your LPT1: Printer. Note this same work around should work in theory with the Canon MF3111 model as well. You know you have the right file because if you go to Canon's website link here:
http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=335&modelid=11148
Select Windows 7 (x64) in the drop down
And download these drivers:
MF5730_5750_MFDrivers_Win_x64_us_EN_7.exe
mf5750-drivers.png
Install a new Printer and Select these drivers. Set it as the LPT1: port.
Then plug in your MF3110 USB printer and when it looks for drivers "say Have Disk"
Select the drivers for the MF5750 and it should work for you.
I was able to get this configuration working and printed some test pages without issue.

I need a driver for canon laserbase MF5750 for Mac

Hi,

Sorry to inform you but this printer was only designed for Windows, although there are drivers for all current versions of windows Canon does not support this printer on Macintosh.

Looks like you may have to try a different printer,

Need to install

How old and what is the Op systen?

You usually can obtain a driver download for your peripherals, however, you shuld check to see if your computer can handle them. (Does it have enough power to run them?)

Here is the link to download a driver. Be sure to enter you Op Sys,if they have it, and to turn off all running programs while you are downloading. Be very careful to select the correct driver.

This particular printer looks a little complicated for a very old computer.
