Model 790 70613210. How do I relight pilot?

Hello. There is *no* pilot on this range! You have a glow bar for both the bake and broil functions in the oven. The bake glow bar part number is (#19) 316489402(see pic 2). The ignition module(that provides the high voltage for the spark posts at each of the surface burners is (#8) 316262400. The ignition harness(that has four ignition switches daisy-chained together is (#3) 316580615. The sealed burner for the LF and LR is 316558300(quantity 2). The RF burner is 316438600. The RR burner is 316438200.
RF orifice/ignitor assembly 316536614
RR orifice/ignitor assembly 316536610
LF orifice/ignitor assembly 316536602
LR orifice/ignitor assembly 316536600
BURNER HEAD SCREWS (QUANTITY 8) 316540900
LP CONVERSION KIT (#47) 316542414
If you are hesitant about the disassembly on the range, I strongly advise calling for service--The cooktop must be removed to exposed the ignition parts. This is accomplished by releasing the burner heads from the cooktop. The mount screws on the burners are notorious for seizing and the heads breaking off on removal. If this happens, the orifice/ignitor will have to be replaced for every burner with which this occurs. It can be expensive! I hope the diagrams and part numbers help you!

My 36" sealed gas cooktop

I had that problem also. It seemed to me that when anyone set the flame too high for the size of pan, the burner overheated. Then when the burner was turned off the igniter made clicking noises for a few hours...till it cooled down.

When I cooked at a lower setting all was ok.

This is free help...please take time to rate me....good luck.

The electric igniter wont stop clicking

damaged ignitor switch, either something spilled on it or it has failed...depending on unit could be a spark module control also. let sit unplugged for a day or two and see what happens.

Ignitors wont shutoff

The common way to control the ignitors is a cam on the individual shafts acting on a 'normally open' switch that is depressed in the ignition position. One of these switches has failed and no longer able to return to its normally open condition.
You may be able to locate the defective one by 'exercising' each control back and forth past the ignition position to see if one of them will cause the ignitor to stop. You may have had a spill that has allowed food liquids to gum up the switch.

Gas cooktop burners stop lighting

If these will light with an outside ignition device you have a problem either with a standing pilot that has gone out or an ignitor or the battery in an ignitor.

Spark ignitor won't stop clicking

Dry the ignitors and see if that works. If not, then get new ignitors.

One of your switches on the gas controls is bad. You'll have to remove the lines from the switches to the ignitor one at a time to figure out which. With the power off, lift the top of the range to expose the controls. There are connectors for the power at each control. After removing one line, turn the power back on and see the result. You'll know when you've hit the right switch. Then, replace it.
