Catridge error HP 3920

-   i tried to print from my HP 3920 after a long period of time, approximately 2 months!
now when i started it... it gave me blurr prints... and then it just gave up.... the printer's power light is blinking most of the times but now somehow it is like properly on(the light).... but still nothing happens when i try to print any document.....
printer is online, connected to my PC, im getting every notification from my PC but the basic problem still is that nothing happens when i try to print,
i removed and reinstalled the cartridges, tried any possible thing i could do but in vain!
