Question about Logitech Traveller (980399-0403) Wireless Headset

1 Answer

Broken Flexible Flip Clip

My husband bought me a Logitech Mobile Traveller Headset w/Flexible flip clip ear wrap a couple of months ago and the ear piece that wraps around the ear was too tight and hurt like crazy. My husband, who originally programmed it for my phone, never reads or saves things like directions or warranty papers, but decided he would just try to reshape it for my ear and actually broke it it half. I do now want to spend another $80 for a new one, but have looked through various websites, includeing Logitech's to see the if the flexible flip clip can be replaced and how, but I just can't find anything. Any help would be great.

Re: Broken Flexible Flip Clip

I broke mine, and called the company. They sent me a new one. It took two calls to get it, because for some reason the first person never sent the request on to the  out going mail department. No charge to me, either.

Hi, You might want to call the Logitech Customer Care, try on another computer, if the problem persist, then you should get a replacement for hardware failure. This is covered by warranty terms.
