SOURCE: My RCA T19060GY TV/VCR will not stay on. When I push the power button on the unit itself (I don't have the remote.), the green indicator light comes on for two seconds and I hear to click sounds

the clicking sound is due to the relay is getting turn on but doesn't stay because of bad component in the power supply board or in the main board. you must check first the bridge type diode and FET transistor using an analog or digital tester.

Hook up a gaming system

I presume you are connecting to the RCA lines in front of the tv. If so you can try
Channel 90 = Video 1 (When using the S-Video Input)
Channel 91 = Video 1 (When using the Composite Video Input)
Channel 92 = Video 2

OR try pushing 00 and then you can channel up or down.
