To reprogram a Brink 5074 safe There is a way to check and see if the batteries are low: On the Keypad, press B
If the Red Led Flashes, change the batteries within 2 months
If no LED lights change the battieries immediately.
To change the batteries, you will need to open the safe door. The battery compartment is on the back of the door. If this does not solve your problem, you may need to reprogram your passcode. To do this,
1> Open the door using your key.
2> Locate the red button on the inside lower edge of the door
3> Press the button; then release it and you will hear a beep.
4 Now enter a new combination of between 3 and 8 numbers that you wish to use as a passcode, and confirm by pressing the letter “B”. Be sure to write them down immediately, so you don’t forget how to open the safe.
5. Your passcode alone will now open the Safe; To open the safe, push the numbers you have selected followed by the letter “a”.

The safe is a Bunker Hill Digital Floor Safe with the following number JH0525710Item 45891 SKU P45991 I lost the code several years ago and don't have a key. How do I open the safe?

In the absence of a code and a key you can't. If it were easy to get into a locked safe, there would be no point. They exist to stop exactly what you are trying to do.

It appears to be a Harbour Freight brand, so you will get no help there.

This shows it is Harbour Freight and specifically says they don't supply replacement keys.

I own a Bunker Hill digital floor safe sku #need code change data

To change the code: Your safe comes
preset with the default code of “159-A”.
To change the code, first open the safe.
On the inside of the door near the hinge,
there is a small red “reset” button. Press
this button until the Yellow LED on the
front panel lights up. Now, input your new
code up to 8 characters, followed by
either “A” or “B”. The Yellow LED will flash
to indicate that your new code has been
accepted. Warning: If the Yellow LED
does not flash, the code has not been
accepted, and you must start over.
NOTE: Be sure to test your new
combination before closing the door.
NOTE: Be sure to have the Override Key
available when setting a new
combination or changing batteries, in
case the door doesn’t open.

Good Luck

I have a bunker hill safe digital, and battery is too low to open the safe and cant find my key, probably inside, any suggestions

If you have the small electronic Bunker Hill safe with lost keys and dead batteries, this is a potential solution... Take a hammer and strike the top of the safe while attempting to open at the same time. You may need to place on object on top of the safe such as a flip flop shoe to strike with hammer to smooth out the pressure when striking. It should pop open after several attempts.

CHANGING CODE ON MODEL # 45891:
On the inside of the door toward the hinge, you will see a small red button. Press this button until the yellow light on the front control panel lights up. Now you can imput the new code (1 to 8 digits) into the front control panel, followed by either the "A" or "B" key. The safe will beep twice (2 times) to confirm the code has been changed. Important: If the safe beeps 3 times, then the code has not been accepted and you must repeat the above steps.
DO NOT LET THE BATTERIES RUN OUT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE SAFE OR CHANGE BATTERIES.
