Prints only the 1st page of info. sent by adobe.

I have trouble printing out info. sent to me from a web site. No-one else has a problem but I'm unable to print more than the 1st page even though they all appear on the screen. The printer is set at 'print all' but only shows 1 to 1. I've tried changing this to no avail. The printer does know there is more than one page as subsequent pages emerge, only they are blank. I can't believe this is the fault of the web site as I'm the only one with this problem and the printer works OK for everything else. Any ideas please?
Also the printer 'dog ears' the pages in the top left corner. There's a small flap that seems to get in the way and only obliges if one feeds the paper in manually around it. Is there anything I can do to rectify?
