Panasonic NV-GS30

I can view as normal through the LCD screen in camera mode but not during VCR. There is no sound or picture (Just a blank grey screen. It won't show anything that i previously recorded and i cant tell if its recording new stuff.

please check Video head tip, if it is OK. Clean Video head with Head cleaning cassette. If Head tip is damaged head to be replace.
