Question about RCA TH1602 MP3 Player
When i turned it on the Pearl emblem comes on and it just stays there locked. I can not get it to do anything. Please help!!!
You should be able to force the Pearl into recovery mode by removing the battery, then hold down the "Play" button while inserting into USB port, after a few seconds, Windows should detect "USB Human Interface Device" (see Device Manager). Now you should be able run the firmware update. Worked for mine after it froze up one day and would not be detected as a USB device by Windows.
