Question about Sony VAIO PCV-W600G PC Desktop
I have a flat screen sony vaio PCV-RS710G computer and it wont start up. i turn it on and the screen powers up and loads but then the screen goes blank. after that the screen is blue and has the microsoft Windows xp logo and right under it, it says Windows is starting up but nothing happens. it wont go to the user acounts or user selection.
One of the files in the system32 directory in the windows folder is corrupt, the files in the system32 folder contains vital files for the boot procedure, try to start the machine in "safe mode" by pressing F8 after the sony boot screen, if it allows you into the operating system you will need to choose "system Restore" take the time back to at least a week before your problems started DO NOT CREATE A RESTORE POINT
