Operation When I press and hold the call button to answer a second incoming call, instead of answering it sends the caller a busy tone(which then sends them to voicemail).

Re: Operation

This is actually normal function of the headset. If you just press and release the Call button (the big one in the middle) it will pick up the call with a beep. If you press and hold it, it will actually function just as expected and send them to voicemail. Lastly, if you press it quickly twice in succession, it will function just as you would suspect and pick the person up and then hang up on them.

Bluetooth is paired and on but instead of answering calls, send call straight to voicemail.

Is there a visble window setting You may have to change it to be visible to your phone for more than a few minutes. Check your setting on answering or sending all incoming to the answer machine. Press the large face button to answer a call. link to playtronics for user manual.

Hi--I just want to know how to get calls to go to the headset, and to answer them! Obviously I charged it, and read the directions. I have a 6month old Blackberry Curve and it is paired to the headset....

If you have paired your headset with your phone then the calls should automatically transfer from your phone to the headset. If you have not paired the headset and phone then that is the first thing you need to do. Here is how...first press and hold the power button on the headset until the indicator light(usually blue) is solid and not blinking. Second, have your phone look for available bluetooth devices. Third, enter in the password to enable the pairing(usually 0000). Your phone will tell you if the pairing was successful. To answer a call, there should be a button on the headset that has a little phone symbol on it or close to it. When a call comes in, you should be able to hear a little ringing from the headset. Press the button with the phone symbol on or near it and doing so should connect/answer the caller.

Tapping the answer button does not answer the phone

I had the same issue until I realized that I was touching the button twice,- first answering the incoming call, then immediately hanging up!
When you first tap the button there is a slight delay and the incoming call seems to be still ringing but you've really already "answered" it. Just tap once, be patient a couple of seconds and say"Hello". Your caller will be there!

Motorola H350 - Incoming calls

there is nothing you can do about the delay as it's the time it takes for the bluetooth to send the signal to your earpiece to tell it the call is answered, the only way to stop any delay is to set your phone to auto answer in the bluetooth headphone settings or in the call settings.
