Question about LG KG800 Cellular Phone
"inactive sim" means the sim card cannot be read.
1. wrong sim card
2. sim card does not work
3. sim card reader on phone is not functioning correctly.
My advice is try another sim that is the same network as the phone.
Hope this helps :)

SOURCE: inactive usim
You need to go to a phone shop that stocks 3G sims. Get a $10 sim (a blank free one probably will not work). You didn't say whether you were on a pre-paid sim or a plan. Anyway call 3G and ask them activate it. Get the number off the sim before you ring them. They will need U to quote that. hope it helps :o)
