Easy way is to sort mail according to size and delete the large files you don't need anymore.
next delete emails from people who you don't interact with anymore
thirdly pull good info out of your mail (such as vids, clips, info, etc) and put it into a folder on your desktop, then go back and delete the mail.
lastly sort through things you have completed already and delete them, then delete the emails in sent items. all these steps should free up alot of space.

If your mail has an Archiving capability you can go that route or you may have to copy and paste it to a folder on your HDD. It really depends on what mail you use!

How do you print mailbox full report in Call Pilot

You need to export the CallPilot Manager output to a spreadsheet and look at the minutes used column vs. the mailbox size column. You can setup a function for a new column, that looks at the exiting columns to determine if the mail box is full.

We have the Norstar Meridian (M7310)telephone system in our non-profit organization. Recently there was a change in our service providers and since that time we have had nothing but problems with our...

Could be two things, there could be a general delivery mailbox attached to the system which is mail box 100, or the new service provider has a off premisis voicemail attached to the lines. if there is VM on the lines you should get a stuttered dial tone on the line indicating that you have a voice mail.

Mailbox full

You have to dial 1 to get in your mail box. Follow prompts to listen to your messages. If you never activated your voicemail your password is most likely the last 4 digits of your cell phone number. Delete messages and your mail box will be able to take new voice mail. Worse case scenario, go to your nearest store and ask a representative to reset your password to clear the messages.

Norstar Mailbox Problem

The mailboxes don't need to have saved messages, to be full. More then likely what is happening is that when people call in, they are getting a generic/Auto Attendant vm box, and that one is full. Try checking vm box #100, or #10. That is the Nortel standard general delivery vm box. Please let me know is this helps, or if you more help.
