Question about Toshiba CZ32V51 32" TV
Problem Once in a while, while watching TV, the screen goes black for a sec and then it comes back. I have just noticed it happen over the past month. Background The TV picture has looked good for the past 13 years except for one repair about 6 years ago. Can't remeber what it was. Nothing but a TV Antenna used. TV located near a window. Thanks for any help
Blanking in a sony like that is usually a result of a weak CRT... You can turn down the G2 and it may help for awhile, but the blanking will eventually get more and more pronounced over time. I wouldn't suggest having the tube rejuvenated either. That usually doesn't last and a shop may charge quite a bit for the effort. You're better of buying a new set.
