Your Fan thermostat has failed, now the cooling fan will run forever trying to cool the broken part... Look for the thermostat in the wiring diagram that is with the oven, meter it for continuity, and if it fails, use the model number to order a new part from a local part store- your model number represents nothing here in America or I would tell you the part #! Without knowing the make and model, this is a guess, the fans usually run for some time after switch off, to allow cooling I am guessing this carries on until you isolate the mains. If so you have a thermostat problem. It would be easier to de-fine if there were more information.
You have to ensure that the clock is set correctly with the time and it is in manual mode and nothing else is set on it.
Also that the background cooling fan has to be running as the oven overheat devices will kick in. This fan continues to run for about 10 mins, once the fan oven/top oven/grill is switched off. When it is running there should be a gentle draft of air coing out of the gap between the top and bottom oven doors.
Do you hear any relays operating when the fan oven turns off?
