I was getting other key errors but as you can imagine to write a full description in the original post wasn't easy. I turned it upside down and gave it a decent shake and removed some debris from behind the keys, the problem remained until the following afternoon when the problem just simply disappeared! Maybe I do/will need a new keyboard but for now everything's fine Thanks

I am the new user, Kindly support me with out charging users guides on how to use ms word easily with short cut keys

Open up Word, click on Help >> MS Office Word Help and a whole bunch of online solutions will appear on the right side. Have fun.

For example:

About shortcut keys
You can quickly accomplish tasks you perform frequently by using shortcut keys - one or more keys you press on the keyboard to complete a task.

For example, pressing CTRL+B changes the selected text to bold, just as clicking Bold on the Formatting toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.) or selecting Bold in the Font dialog box (Format menu) changes the selected text to bold.

Printing a list of shortcut keys

If you frequently refer to the Help topics that list shortcut keys, you may find it helpful to keep a printed copy of those topics. In Help, locate the topic you want, and then click Print .

You can also run a macro (macro: An action or a set of actions that you can use to automate tasks. Macros are recorded in the Visual Basic for Applications programming language.) that creates a list of the current shortcut key assignments, and then print the list.

On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and then click Macros.
In the Macros in box, click Word commands.
In the Macro name box, click ListCommands.
Click Run.
In the List Commands dialog box, click Current menu and keyboard settings.
Click OK.
On the File menu, click Print.
Customizing shortcut keys

You can customize shortcut keys in Microsoft Word by assigning shortcut keys to commands that do not already have them or by removing shortcut keys you don't want. If you don't like the changes you make, you can return to the default shortcut key settings at any time.

Using shortcut keys with different keyboard layouts or Word as your e-mail editor

Shortcut keys mentioned in the Help topics, menus, and dialog boxes refer to the U.S. keyboard layout. Keys on other layouts may not correspond exactly to the keys on a U.S. keyboard. If the language of the keyboard layout you are using doesn't match the language you set for Microsoft Word or Word Help, you may have to make adjustments when using shortcut keys or change your keyboard layout.

If you are using Word as your e-mail editor, some of the shortcut keys listed may not be available or may produce different results.

Print screen key on computer.

On a windows computer by hitting print screen you are only copying an image of your computer screen to your clipboard you then have to paste it into an imaging program and save it. For example ... hit the print screen button on your keyboard -> go to start -> programs -> accessories -> paint -> then click the edit menu and click paste you should then see the screen shot of you computer in the paint window you then can go to file -> save and save the image somewhere on your computer.

This can cause print-quality problems during printing. Cleaning the printer eliminates or reduces these problems. Cleaning the printer eliminates or reduces these problems. Use the following steps to clean the paper path and print-cartridge areas: 1. Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord. 2. Open the top cover. Figure 1: Top cover opened example 3. Remove the print cartridge. Figure 2: Print cartridge removed example CAUTION: To prevent damage to the print cartridge, do not expose it to light for more than a few minutes.Be careful not to touch the transfer roller (the black, rubber roller located underneath the print cartridge). Skin oils on the roller can cause print-quality problems. 4. With a dry, lint-free cloth, wipe any residue from the paper path area and the print cartridge cavity. Make sure not to touch the transfer roller with fingers, as the oil can contaminate the roller, resulting in print quality defects. Figure 3: Paper path area and print cartridge cavity example 5. Reinstall the print cartridge and close the top cover. Figure 4: Print cartridge reinstalled example NOTE: If the print cartridge is difficult to reinstall, make sure that the registration plate has been flipped back down into position and that the print cartridge is pushed firmly in place. 6. The cleaning procedure takes about 2.5 minutes to complete. A message (either CREATING CLEANING PAGE or CLEANING) appears on the printer control panel display while the cleaning is taking place. NOTE: Use plain paper to print the cleaning page. Please note that this is a two-step process. First print out the cleaning page using the following directions, then follow the directions on the cleaning page itself to reinsert it back into the printer to perform the cleaning. Use the following steps to run the cleaning page: 1. If the printer model includes a duplexer, open the rear output bin. 2. Press example(Select button) to open the menus. 3. Use example (Up button) or example (Down button) to scroll to CONFIGURE DEVICE, and then press example (Select button). 4. Use example (Up button) or example (Down button) to scroll to PRINT QUALITY, and then press example (Select button). 5. Use example (Up button) or example (Down button) to scroll to CREATE CLEANING PAGE, and then press example (Select button). 6. Perform the following to complete the cleaning process. 1. Remove all paper from Tray 1. 2. Use example (Up button) or example (Down button) to scroll to CONFIGURE DEVICE and then press example (Select button). 3. Use example (Up button) or example (Down button) to scroll to PRINT QUALITY and then press example (Select button). 4. Use example (Up button) or example (Down button) to scroll to PROCESS CLEANING PAGE and then press example (Select button). 5. Load the cleaning page created in step 5 above into Tray 1 with the print side down and the arrow towards the printer. 7. If the printer model includes a duplexer, close the rear output bin. Let me know if that helped. Good luck, Tim
