Stokke Xplory seat falling

Hello, I have bought my Stokke a year ago. Even though both my son and I love it, I am very dissapointed that it has already developed a serious fault just a year after I spent a lot of money to buy it. The problem is that the mechanism that adjusts the height of the buggy seat has malfunctioned and as soon as I raise the seat to a higher position it slips back down. Could you suggest away to fix the problem or give me a contact address for having it repaired. I live in North West London. Thank you very much. Regards, Christina

this seat slides down constantly, i bought this buggy because my baby is poorly, and it definitely isn't a weight problem as he is only 16 lbs. i find it very dissapointing and definitely wouldn't recommend this until thisproblem is rectified.

    Hi,

we've been using our Xplory for about a year now and today seat started falling down, like on a rollercoaster... it's scary. It simply can't stay put at any higher position than bottom anymore. It's just sliding down, even if the lightest pressure/weight is put on it. I live in Croatia. This stroller costed over 1200 EUR and it sucks already. And I guess warranty was 12 months, probably... so just great, what else could I say?

Anyone got idea what to do?

Please contact your nearest Stokke agent or the place you purchased the stroller. They will supply the necessary part for the sliding problem. It's very easy and would not take too long.

There could be other issues beside the battery. My best solution would be to take back to where you bought the watch, or any other authorized Citizen watch retailer for repair.
This is Citizens web site:

Since you've already tried new cables, you might want to try another TV, or even different input ports on the back/side of your current one.

You could also look in your Wii's system settings for an "Output" section and make sure it's set to the correct compatability for whatever cords you are using. ( Although it might not have setting for video output )

But you will most likely need to contact Nintendo and find out if the internal electronics are still under a factory warranty.

CD drive wont read on my brand new e627

Hello, Jennifer.

Since you just purchased the emachine two days ago and already there is a problem, I would suggest that you either return the computer to where you purchased (most place have a 7-day return policy) or contact emachines. Here the link to emachine's Customer Care: http://www.emachines.com/support/warranty.html

I suspect that the CD drive is faulty and should be replaced.

Hope this helps.

Need to buy parts to convert Stokke Sleepi Crib to Mini (cot)

For others with this problem, Stokke's site provides a contact-us tab where I was able to request hardware replacements and explain the issues we had responding to the recall (problematic website).

If you plug it in to your computer, a freeware program may still be able to recognize it and give you exact model numbers and IDs--worth a shot, and you'll love the program anyway--Belarc Advisor. It lists all hardware and software, model numbers, keys, etc. Hope it helps.
