Hello, I have bought my Stokke a year ago. Even though both my son and I love it, I am very dissapointed that it has already developed a serious fault just a year after I spent a lot of money to buy it. The problem is that the mechanism that adjusts the height of the buggy seat has malfunctioned and as soon as I raise the seat to a higher position it slips back down. Could you suggest away to fix the problem or give me a contact address for having it repaired. I live in North West London. Thank you very much. Regards, Christina
Please contact your nearest Stokke agent or the place you purchased the stroller.They will supply the necessary part for the sliding problem.It's very easy and would not take too long.

this seat slides down constantly, i bought this buggy because my baby is poorly, and it definitely isn't a weight problem as he is only 16 lbs. i find it very dissapointing and definitely wouldn't recommend this until thisproblem is rectified.

we've been using our Xplory for about a year now and today seat started falling down, like on a rollercoaster... it's scary. It simply can't stay put at any higher position than bottom anymore. It's just sliding down, even if the lightest pressure/weight is put on it. I live in Croatia. This stroller costed over 1200 EUR and it sucks already. And I guess warranty was 12 months, probably... so just great, what else could I say?
Anyone got idea what to do?
