On my fire there is a pcb at the bottom of the rod could this have gone even though it was working very well before I removed it. I checked that there is powere to it but nothing happens

SOURCE: Phonic k-12 powered mixer Nothing happens when I press the power

Hi...

Most new stuff has the fuse/fuses mounted in clips on the power supply board.
If yours is anything like the one a picked up for one of my bands, you can take the bottom plate off and see everything inside.
Look for where the AC cord goes after the power switch.
There should be a circuit board with a fuse or 2 mounted on it

SOURCE: Well my 5500 amp has evidently stoppe functioning.

What I would do is look around inside and see if anything is burnt or broken, pay close attention to the heat sink area.
With neither channel working you have something that's common to both channels that is causing the trouble.
You should be able to see any fuse by looking inside, they might be covered up, but should be easy to get to.

SOURCE: trips on power up

It has a short circuit on the final steps of the outputs, maybe the common called "final transistors or power amplification IC (integrated Circuits)"are blown. You don't have the ability to resolve this problem, so take the unit to a facility authorized repair.

What is the question, without that bit of information we cannot answer your question. The model given shows up as a heater.

I changed the fuel pump but the van still won't

And you know the fuel filter is good? Could be injector problem: just as a check, spray some starting fluid into the intake and see if engine runs a few seconds. If it does, it is a fuel problem. Check injector fuse, as a start. Check fuel pressure. Check injector circuit. If engine won't start with starting fluid, check if you are getting spark. Problem may be in the ignition system.

Williams gas wall unit won't burn.

It's a burner control problem. It maybe a defect on some protective devices (pressure switch, fire detector, etc.), a blown fuse, or a board defect (busted DC supply transformer, relays, or electronic devices).

I have 1999 0ldsmobile van and the gas gage is stuck at 1/4 tank , also the odometer and trip don't work

The odometer/trip display in this model is a LCD display and it is burned out, it is a common fault on all GM models in this model year range. The problem can be repaired but it requires the Instrument cluster be removed form the Van and be sent out to a GM approved repair center. These repair shops are on the Internet just google GM instrument cluster repair. The cost is about $160.00 US.
The gas gauge is a separate problem, it is caused by a defective gas level sending unit inside the gas tank. TO replace the level sensor for the gauge you must remove the gas tank from the van. To do this repair you need a good hydraulic floor jack, jack stands to support the car and a good set of common hand tools and a helper if you do the job on the ground. Use great caution when working on a gas tank as the risk if fire and explosion is quite high if proper care is not taken to a avoid creating sparks. Always dicinnect the battery negative cable before starting work on any part of the car. The parts cost for this is about $200 and 4-5 hours of hard labor.

2002 ford e250 carco van loosing power while driving

Could be a number of things honestly. Could be a blown head gasket or it's starting to go up. Could also be as simple as a new fuel filter and a professional fuel system cleanse. I would take it to a repair shop, one that you trust, and have it looked at. If the head gasket is repairable, it won't be that much unless the whole thing is blown, but the car would have no power at all then.

Pilot light in carver 3600stc

Hi Gordon,
You should normally use the built-in Igniter, normally a button or twist action on the gas regulator dial on the Carver unit, to light the Pilot Flame. This is normally indicated by a "lightning" sign. If this has stiopped working there is often a hole below the pilot's location to enable you use a lighter or match to light the pilot.
Check that you have an adequate supply of gas?
DON'T LEAVE THE GAS ON if the Pilot does not light.
Because of the safety issues associated with gas appliances you should take the vehicle/caravan to an authorised repair workshop for a permanent fix.

Stop on stop sign engine died

If the engine won't fire up, but your starter turns over, you may want to check your timing unless you have a check engine light on. If the CEL light is on, have the codes scanned.

If the engine won't turn over with the starter or it clicks, have your battery tested at autozone or advanced auto parts. Replace the battery if it is bad. Else, have your starter tested.

If the engine still won't turn over and the battery and starter are tested fine, you may have a blown fuse, bad ignition switch, or a failed relay.

If the engine fires up but randomly dies and starts back up, you either have a failed sensor, failing fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, bad plugs or wires, or a failing ECU.

Not firing. usually clicking sound until gas fires up.

If the unit has power, then not likely a bad breaker. The clicking sound you hear is the spark ignitor lighting the pilot. If you no longer hear this noise, the most likely cause is the spark control box, about 3 inches wide, 6 inches tall with wires connected to it.
If you provide the model number of the heater, I can send you a troubleshooting chart to determine if the spark control is bad or possibly a themostat or internal safety.
