We have a 2011 Kenmore refrigerator. We have had Sears come out 2012 and 2013 and they say there is nothing that can be done for all the frost that keeps showing up in the freezer part. We have wiped it...

Frost is caused by an air leak. Door doesn't fit, gasket mis-shaped, ice chute door not closing completely. Adjust the door; use a hair dryer to heat the gasket to have it return to its original shape; put the gasket back in it's track; replace the solenoid that closes the ice dispenser door.

I have the bottom freezer w/2 doors up top....light inside will not go off and has started to melt some of the plastic pieces. How do you remove the light bulbs so the darn thing doesn't burn...

There should be a light switch inside each compartment, depress them with the door open one at a time, locate the bad switch and disconnect it. You can remove the bulbs too. Most of the problems with bottom freezer are the door, they seem to not get closed properly and they get heavily frosted, once frosted they seem not to close correctly and cause the lights to remain on.
I would look for the problem with the door closing or the door switch failing.

I bought a kenmore refrigerator model 71303... a french door model with nothing on the doors (dispenser-wise) and a pull out drawer freezer. fits the space in my kitchen perfectly, however I just...

Unfortunately, 71303 is not a complete model number, even though that is how Sears lists the unit here: http://www.searsoutlet.com/22-7-cu-ft-French-Door-Bottom-Freezer-Refrigerator/d/product_details.jsp?pid=41106&mode=seeAll . However, most french door refrigerators can have the doors and freezer drawer removed. I think your model number will be 795.71303* (there are a few digits omitted). The manual is available here: http://c.searspartsdirect.com/mmh/pd_download/lis_pdf/OWNM/1103856L.pdf . The directions for removing the doors and freezer drawer start on page 11 (page 10 of the PDF).

The 795.71313 is a similar refrigerator. The directions to remove and replace the doors and freezer drawer is given starting on page 13 in the manual. See that manual here: http://c.shld.net/assets/docs/spin_prod_946454012.pdf .

I hope this helps.

(Kenmore refrigerators are made by other manufacturers. The three digit prefix in the model number is important to find the correct manual. A different French door refrigerator, 106.7200*, can have the doors removed. However, only the front of the freezer door comes off. That manual is here, http://c.shld.net/assets/own/spin_prod_734629012.pdf; see page 10 and subsequent pages.)

My door does not close completed.sometimes when you close the freezer the air pushes the borrom door open

Raise the front legs to where they are slightly higher than the rear; that throws the weight of the doors towards the rear of the icebox.

I have a Kenmore model#1069557915 S#SG1047043 03/97 Coldspot Just recently the main door doesn't completely close, any recommendations?

The lower hinge on each door may have a door closing cam. It raises the door up ¼ inch when opening and this assist in closing the door. If it’s wore out and doesn’t work the door may not seal and the gasket can be damaged. Watch the operation of the door to see if it rises up when opened.

Leave the door shut and let the magnetic gasket hold the door in place. Put something between the bottom of the door and the floor to hold it in case it slips.
Remove the bracket holding the pin and hinge assembly taking note of order of removal of parts. Slide new cams on. You probably need two.
