Check the drain hose for blockage. Remove it from the stand pipe and be sure the end is open. Make sure it is not kinked or crushed. If the drain hose is attached with a spring clip or or clamp then remove it and flush it out with a garden hose. You can also check the tub drain for blockage but this involves (if its a top loader) removing the entire case and then removing the agitator and then the basket by pulling up. The agitator is probably mounted on on a spline shaft. There is also sometimes a gate valve on the side of the water pump that is electrically operated. Make sure it is not mechanically stuck by manually moving it. It should open when the pump starts. You have to take the whole cover off to observe this in a test cycle.

If there's error saids is a drain clog but there's nothing clog what else could it be Whirlpool washer

It's possible that the drain hose or the pump may be clogged. Make sure the tub itself is clear. You can then try removing the drain hose from the machine and see if something is stuck in it.

Also, while the hose is off, look inside where the hose attaches to the machine and see if anything appears to be stuck in the pump. You may have to service the pump as well.

I am getting a F21 Error on my Whirlpool Duet Steam Washer that isn't being caused by a blocked clean out, Ant Ideas?

Check your drain pump. It is clogged or the pump motor not working. If filter is clean than there could be something inside the pump like a wire. All of the water has to be remove before you can start a cycle.

Ice tray dont empty and water keeps running out

Something caught inside the water valve (replace water valve ) such as dirt , sand . Or , the icemaker died in the fill position . Disconnect the icemaker plug inside the freezer , and see if water still runs from the icemaker fill tube . Also make sure the icemaker fill cup on the icemaker , is not clogged with ice .

Whirlpool washing machine stops after wash cycle. Will not drain for rinse cycle

Check the following to address this issue. if all checks out ok, replace the timer/control.

1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.
