How can I unlock a disabled ipod touch?

Step 1:
The iPod Touch is a type of iPod that features a touch screen and can function as both a portable media player and as a pocket computer. It is possible to password protect your iPod Touch so that you will have to enter a password every time you want to unlock the iPod Touch screen. If you repeatedly enter the incorrect passcode, your iPod Touch will become disabled. To unlock a disabled iPod Touch, you need to sync your iPod Touch device with iTunes on your computer.

Attach the iPod Touch data cable to the bottom of your iPod Touch device and attach the other end of the data cable to an available USB port on your computer. Open iTunes on your computer and then select your iPod Touch device from the list of available devices on the left side of the iTouch window. Click the "Restore" button. If you have previously backed up your iPod Touch, you can choose to restore the device to the last back up or any saved backup. If you have never backed up your iPod Touch, this process will restore your iPod Touch's factory settings. Wait while iTunes syncs with your iPod Touch and restores the device. iTunes will prompt you when this process is complete.

Sound only comes out of one earphone on ipod touch. earphones work well with other appliances and no problem with ipod.

I guess the connector on the iPod touch could be faulty. Some cheaper headphones might have a slightly wrong plug so it does not connect right, but I don't think this is the case in your setup. Try another headphone on your iPod and see if you still have one speaker to know for sure.

Sound does not come through speakers just hear the ipod

Did you find a solution to your problem? I have just come across this problem myself.

I have a 16GB 5th Gen iPod, and I am using a compatible (brand new) Hitachi AXM204UK Micro System. The Micro System produces brilliant sound on the CD and USB settings, however when my iPod is docked ( and is responding to charge and the remote control) it doesn't produce sound. Apart from the internal speakers.

If you could help me, that would be brilliant. :)

The internal speakers on my ipod touch don't work

As far as I know, the sound quality coming out of the ipod is not so great to begin with. I have an iPod touch, and the speaker I have right now was only $12.59 and the sound quality is great. plus I have my headphones from UxSight. They are amazing. Here is the link: iPod speakers

I have an IPOD touch. I just bought d650 motorola bluetooth adapter. I also purchased insignia bluetooth headset. I can change tracks but the sound comes out of the ipod but not the headset

Unfortunately not all bluetooth headsets are compatible with the Ipod Touch. You should go the Apple's Website and see if that have a list of what bluetooth devices will work for them

All of the Philips iPod accessories were made only for specific iPods - double-check your spec sheet (or the box) to find out which iPod's it is compatible with. Understand that the date of manufacture of the Philips speakers makes a huge difference - if the speakers are 2006 speakers, then Philips did not know about the difference between iPod Nano 2nd gen and 3rd gen, because that issue just didn't exist when the speakers were made. The rule of thumb is: if the Philips was made in 2006, and the iPod was made in 2007 or 2008, then those speakers are not going to work with your iPod.

You might want to double-check with them, however, because there was one model of speakers that was supposed to come with adapters for the various IPods, and every once in a while a speaker set come without those adapters in the box - check the accessories section of the specs to see if it was supposed to come with adapters - they are available from Philips.

Also, the Target/Wal-Mart/etc employees don't have a clue about compatibility issues - they just aren't trained in those details.
