Ford Mondeo TITANIUM X TDCI, radio problem! Wont turn on!!

Ford Mondeo TITANIUM X TDCI, 2008 - for some odd reason the radio will not turn on. The mondeo battery is low, which im currently charging, but if this isnt the cause of the problem, what else could be making the radio not work? Im getting no signals/lights nothing from it. Please help!

I am having the same problem with my 2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ. The radio will turn once I pull the fuse to the radio, wait a few hours, and put the fuse back.

SOURCE: Ford Mondeo car radio is locked

The dealer needs to help you with this. This is part of the theft protection system built into many new cars. In most cases, only the dealer can turn it back on.

SOURCE: mondeo tdci

hi there, you will need a diagnostic check carried out to locate the exact fault, most garages have the equipment to carry out these checks so you won't need to visit your ford agent, a common fault on the engines is the camshaft sensor these cost around £20 and are very easy to replace, however once you have it tested you will now your exact fault, hope this helps

SOURCE: ford mondeo bonnet lock

This is a very common fault on the fords, if i get one in, i generally soak it in WD40 then keep working it back and forward untill the mechanism releases.
If the lock is completely gone then ive had to go as far as breaking the grille off and opening it manually with a scrrewdriver, but this is last resort.

Good luck

Why is there no pulse at injectors on a 05 mondeo tdci

No pulse? Is the engine running? How are you measureing pulse? If the engine is running there is a pulse, if it's not running, there won't be a pulse. If TDCI is correct this is a turbodiesel
Compression Ignition.

Red triangle and spanner arrears on dash of ford mondeo 2010 2ltr tdci no difference in performance when you switch engine off it doesn't come back on for a couple of hours

The symbol means warning you need work done on the engine. AS it does not appear until the engine is hot, better check your radiator and coolant for leaks. Add ' Bars Leaks " to your coolant.
