Question about NorStar Meridian M7310 Phone
I have a Meridian T7316 and can make local calls and can make toll free calls, but when I try to place a long distance call I get the following message "please enter your account code". I have never had to enter a code before. What has happened?
Is this a recording, or does the phone display this ?
If this is a recording, it is from the long distance provider. Did you change long distance companies lately?
Call your long distance company....this is their fault.
