Question about Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

1 Answer

All of a sudden can't access the same sites as yesterday

All of a sudden, I'm unable to access the same sites I've always accessed on one PC. The other two PCs in my house can access no problem. I've cleared cache, history etc, even tried to restore to a previous date and I'm told no updates happened. I even lowered my security options to the lowest point, still can't access (website not found). Why in the world can I not access these sites today?

My internet goes in and out and says i have limited access

Check ALL cables/splitters/connections and reseat. Contact your ISP have them verify the signal. Have a ISP tech come out to analize the signal. It may be outside ISP equipment. It's happened to me on occasion.

Are you using a router? Do you use cable internet? Try connecting directly the cable directly into your netbook. If you have internet access then the issue may be with your router.

if you were able to use chrome regularly and all of a sudden this error message is coming means that your computer can be infected. You should be doing a manual virus check on your pc
I did that online with a technician and got the virus removed

Try to access an anti virus online scanner then try to access windows update if you are unable to access these sites you have Win32.Worm.Downadup.Gen. It prevents any access to any anti virus software and windows updates it also turns off any installed anti virus updates. Removal is actually really simple just go here
