My washer is stuck in the cycle, 103 minutes are flashing on the screen. You can move the dial and other functions will light up but nothing happens when you push any of the other buttons. I've tried the drain cycle and pressing the end cycle button for 3 seconds and nothing happens. The washer is full of clothes and water. I've tried adjusting the load and shutting the door again. Any suggestions.

Re: washer not working
Okay...try unplugging the washer for AT LEAST 30 minutes. This will often cure momentary glitches with the washer computer. After the washer has been reset, attempt the start a load and let me know if it functions normally. If it doesn't, let me know what the front panel display reads.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Hello sisterw - If only the normal cycle is not lighting up on the keypad but all the other options do, then the washer may be experiencing a wiring failure. Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes. Restart the unit and if it proves to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately to properly diagnose the control board as well.
Hi, It sounds like you have something stuck in the pump. To repair Unplug machine. Remove bottom front panel(remove 2-3 screws in the bottom) Pull bottom of panel out and down to remove. Towards the center bottom you will see the pump. On the front is a round thing that resembles a filter. This is the pump filter screen...Get a shallow pan to put under screen. Turn lid counter clockwise to remove(turn slowly and allow water to drain. As you may need to dump pan several times before all water is drained out. Be carful or you could end up with water everywhere. Once the water is drained pull out screen and remove the debris and objects stuck in screen and filter housing you should also be able to see the impeller on the pump inspect for debris. Once everything is cleaned out reverse removal procedures put back together.
Sounds like the door lock. It will not advance to spin if it thinks the door is open. There is a instruction sheet inside the unit behind the lower panel. That will give the error codes for the flashing lights.
You can attempt to unplug the washer for AT LEAST 30 minutes in an attempt to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). This is the main computer for the washer. Sometimes resetting it is all that is required to correct momentary program glitches. If the problem reoccurs following a CCU reset, then you have a legitimate problem. Let me know if you still experience problems. I hope this helps you.

remove bottom cover look for tech sheet usually on right side of cabinet at bottom fh is usually a water fill issue drain may be siphoning water may be slow filling or bad flow meter flow meter may be harder to diagnois but try tapping lightly with screwdriver (it's the round object left side with 2 small hoses attached ) slim chance may be pressure switch left side rear corner
First remove all clothes and look for anything like a wash cloth that may have become stuck, then remove the cord from the wall socket for at least 30 minutes to be safe, and try this again if doesnt work the first time, two, move the drum by hand, close the door, and see if fires up, if so run a 20 minute custom light duty cycle, third replace the drum positioning sensor, 6501KW2001A.
It can be bought on line for between 25 and 40 bucks
