Remove the hard drive from your Acer computer, and install it in another PC or Mac. Format the drive (NTFS) and install a copy of Windows Vista onto that drive. (I don't think it matters what version.) Remove the drive again and install it back into the Acer computer. Now boot off the Acer recovery CD (Disk 1, light gray label), and it should start to reload all the factory default drivers and such onto the hard drive. I had to restore my Acer Aspire M5641 this way. It's a pain, but it does work.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

SOURCE: Have an acer aspire sa80,
You need drivers for your system.
All the official acer drivers for your system are here :-
As listed at the site:-
Realtek Audio Driver is your Multimedia Audio Controller.
NVIDIA VGA Driver should be your Video Controller, if that don't work try SIS VGA Driver.
SiS 661 chipset driver should fix your usb problem, if it dosn't update windows to SP2.
Get that from here: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/. Then try again with SiS 661 Chipset Driver.
You should also install the rest of the drivers for your aspire sa80.
You said you had no access to internet so burn the drivers using a friends computer (one with internet) and install from the disc and you should be fine.

That could be a hardware failure of some sort, or because you added a new hardware device. The "DMI pool" code has nothing to do with Windows, but is part of Plug and Play. Windows has not even loaded yet. It is the System Board BIOS startup code checking the hardware configuration, and setting system board resources for Plug and Play to use.
Go in to the system board BIOS (normally DEL key when first powering on) Look in the PnP or PCI Configuration section, for an entry "Reset Configuration Data. It will show Disabled. Change it to Enabled, and save the new configuration and reboot. BIOS will set it back to Disable after it clears the DMI data and rebuilds it. The first time through, it will take a long time, but after that it should not hang. Unless there is a hardware problem with one of the adapters on the system board or PCI bus.
I have seen CD-Rom drives cause this hang, if there is a CD in the drive. So make sure there are no CD's in the drives when you start up.

SOURCE: coprocessor driver for windows 7
Try letting Windows update detect and install the coprocessor driver for you.
You may have to perform the Windows update a couple of times before the device is detected.
When you start windows update it will give you a list of software and drivers that are available, you will in the list that there are optional updates available. Check there to see if the coprocessor driver is there and install everything except for the language packs.
Hopefully this will resolve the problem for you.
