I don't know a lot about coffee makers, because I don't drink coffee, but we have a Bunn Coffee Maker that I purchased about a year ago for our business, and it has been used right much for different meetings and mini conferences. The last couple of times that they tried to make coffee only part of a pot was being made. This machine is hooked up to a water line so I am not sure why it would not make a complete pot of coffee. Any help on this topic would be helpful. The coffee maker is located in a different building so I am not close to it.
-   I have a CW model and I'm having the same problem where it is only making a quarter of the pot. I've cleaned the machine but I'm still have the same problem.

I would ask if this machine has been moved lately- for cleaning or has anyone put anything new around the brewer? If someone has moved this brewer, they might have caused a kink in the line coming to the back of the brewer. this will restrict the water flow to the brewer. this will cause the brewer to brew only part pots of coffee.
