How i can install itunes program on Digital MP4 player

go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ download the latest version of itunes, it will have all the necessary drivers for your ipod. Once itunes is installed onto your pc and opens up, close the program, then plug your ipod into the pc, this will automatically open itunes and your ipod will be picked up allowing you to download you music etc...

That said, You may want to try formatting the player. Your Firmware could be corrupted. If it works with itunes, click restore. Otherwise, right click the drive in my computer and select Format.

you can only get some videos whose format is compatible with your iPod nano, as i know, mp4, mov, are supported by iPod nano, while wmv can not be played on iPod nano. so you'd better convert your video format before you view them on your iPod nano.
