I have a Dell Inspiron 1420 laptop.Whenever I boot my laptop, It gives an error message saying, 'DLL could not be opened'. My scroll doesn't work on my touch pad too. Please help.

First look in the recycle bin for that file and restore it. If not there - use a driver program and perhaps that may find it. If the problem is recent you may try restoring your PC to an eariler time when it was working. The scrool on the touchpad is likely also missing a driver and also needs restoring. I have had an HP G60 come back to me 6 times with a missing scroll driver on the touchpad. I put the driver in a folder on the desktop so the customer can run it anytime it turns up missing. It seems to dissapear after the customer downloads a program. I have not seen an HP fix / patch for this.

Toshiba Satellite A105 laptop keeps shutting off for no reason.

I think your fan might be broken....if the fan doesn't cool the pc,the processor or the chipset will automatically shut down the pc to prevent burning hardware.Or your hard drive might keep crashing.Oh yeah and abstract from this i don't recommend ever using mcaffe

Wshtcpip.dll error message

Run a system restore. You may need to go back two or three restore points before it fixes the problem, but the restore should do the trick. Try this, let me know, and if the problem persists, then we'll try a different approach.
