First of all you will have to format your laptop cause when you have vista u cant install xp with it
u will have to install xp first and then install vista
about the driver u will have to do some settings in cmos setup and will have to change hdd type
that will solve your driver problem
so first install xp and then install vista
regarding drivers for xp u will have to visit hp website and chat with a online technical person and ask him to mail you the link for drivers for xp
