Re: Battery replacement on TyTN 2
Press thebackcover.. the battery is inside thebackcover, if it's locked, find a screw driver that match it.. i think, u'll just need to find the right spot and press it right to open the back cover. no need screwdriver,hehe..

I will need to know what model phone that you are currently using before I am able to provide any furth assistance.
Until you provide your phones model, I will give you two basic reboot processes for most non-smartphones and smartphones.
1. You may attempt to reboot the phone simply by pressing and holding the lock screen/power button.
2. You may attempt to reboot the phone by removing the battery (if easily accessible) and counting down from 10 and re-inserting the battery.
3. For iPhones, you may attempt the reboot process by pressing , and holding the lock screen/power button, and the home button until the screen becomes black and the device goes Into the reboot process.
4. Lastly, for some smart phones you may power the device off by pressing and holding both the volume UP and the lock screen until the screen becomes black and the device enters the reboot process.
If none of these work, please leave specify the model of your cellphone device and I will provide further assistance and advice. Thank you
The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card and do a scan before it is replaced. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up or is slow when it is switched ON , then it is confirmed that the software has errors and will need a reinstallation.
Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
You didn't specify what type of LG phone you have;
You can try rebooting it as an option; or (cycle it once a day).
Turn phone off. Take off cover; take out battery, sim card (if your model has one);
keep them out for a couple of minutes;
replace sim card (if your model has one), replace battery; and turn phone back on.
You could try 'resetting' your phone; but all models are different and you didn't give me the model number.
Try this and see if it works for you; also, when you take battery off, you can try to gently clean the battery terminals for debris. A phone will reboot if the battery is gunked up or not making a good connection.
Sorry i couldn't give you more to go on with the information you provided. Hope that helps.
Cell phones freeze for a number of reasons: a) OS (operating system) bug/failure b) excessive temperature c) hardware malfunction d) keyboard key malfunction Unfreezing a cell phone frozen b one of the above causes follows just one procedure, however: 1) reboot with a power cycle, using the power on/off key if that fails, 2) reboot by removing cell phone battery and holding down the power button with the battery out for 5-10 seconds (this drains the remaining battery power stored in PC board capacitors). Replace battery into phone and power it on. 3) If that fails to unfreeze your phone, seek a Samsumg electronics technician for the phone's hardware fault. Also, check your phone's warranty - warranty service may be an option.
have you removed the battery and put it back in. his will reboot the software. also make sure your battery is up to par, the battery in a blackberry when they get used for a while need to be changed, your phone is very graphic intensive and needs a very good battery to run without problems. replace the battery and see what happens.
Please explain more.
Have you tried a hard reset. Hold down the two soft key (above the Mail and Internet Explorer button) and use the stylus to hold down the "Soft Reset" recessed button near the USB charger.
You are going to loose all your data, make sure you back it up first.
Connect to the internet automatically - the phone is connection manager aware. Go to the Start Menu->Settings->Connections Tab->Connections->Advanced Tab->Select Networks-> and select "My Work Network" for both connections so the phone cannot connect to the internet.
